Initial evaluations are longer than follow-up appointments, allowing time for a thorough review of your mental health history, current symptoms, medical background, and treatment goals. This comprehensive assessment forms the foundation of your individualized care plan.
For your telehealth visit, you'll need a device with a camera and microphone (smartphone, tablet, or computer), a stable internet connection, and a private, quiet space. No special software is required. You'll receive appointment instructions after scheduling through the portal.
